The Torriana Power Recliner has a plastic foot/base whereas other recliners have metal ones - why is that?

    Asked by: CMO
Our ranges at Poltronesofà are unique from one another and from other sofa retailers. No two ranges are the same, and while some recliners may have metal feet, the Torriana features plastic feet as part of it's design.

I've plugged the wire provided into the port at the back and a green light has come on on the end at the wall but the reclining mechanism isn't working - do I have to wait hours?

    Asked by: Shandy
Hi, thanks for your question. Please refer to the manual that arrived upon delivery for operation instructions. Once the battery is charged, the recliner control pad should be functionable. If you continue to experience issues, please contact customer services. Hope this helps!

What weight limit is this chair

    Asked by: Milo's
Hi, thanks for your question. The max user weight for this model is 120 kg. Hope this helps!

I note the battery is only likely to work for 100 recharge cycles based on other Q&A. Therefore, how long does the battery last before needing recharging if the recline function is used on average twice per day?

    Asked by: damoNW1
Hi, thanks for your question. Once the battery is fully charged, you can turn the switch on and off roughly 200 times before needing to be recharged. Hope this helps!

Hi, can you lift the footrest without having to recline the back/head?

    Asked by: JB Star*
Hi, thanks for your question. While the controls can't isolate the headrest or footrest, upon using the recliner control, the footrest will rise first and then eventually the headrest will begin to move back, so the footrest can be raised to a certain level and then the headrest starts to decline. Hope this helps!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Comfy! This chair is wonderful, we all love it. Looks stylish and is super comfy. The battery pack is lasting a long time, it's only been charged up from when it was delivered and still lasting fine 3 weeks on. Highly recommend this chair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful quality and features! The chair was delivered about 10 days ago and I absolutely love it! The quality of the leather and the stitching are superb. It feels amazing just to touch it. The mechanism to recline is very easy to charge up and the ability to swivel is fun! I particularly like that I can move the chair around the room unlike most electric furniture I have had in the past. At present it is inmy newly created reading nook! Most importantly the chair fits me… I am 5ft tall and its dimensions are perfect! The delivery went without a hitch and precisely on time. Definitely 5 star quality and service!
