Delivery & installation
Once your furniture has been built and prepared to your specifications, we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery day that works for you.
The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible
Delivery costs:
£129 Monday - Friday. £139 on a Saturday.
Additional +£20 for express lines.

Does this sofa have any goose feathers or duck down in it as I’m allergic?
No, this range features foam seats as standard and does not contain goose feathers or duck down. The various fabric options, such as Chenille, Velvet, and Microfibre, are also composed of synthetic materials like polyester and polyamide.

How much is the width of the seating area not the whole sofa
The seating is approx 2.6 ft, although I wouldn’t buy after 6 weeks the sofa had collapsed the frame was broken and the cushioning of the seats have also collapsed, they will not give us a replacement sofa but insist on it being repaired

For the power recliner chair, is the raising of the footrest independent of the reclining of the back?
The recliner control button controls both the back and the footrest. However, the footrest will raise first to a level before the back starts to recline.

Is this range part-sprung and foam cushioning, or foam only? Also, what firmness and density rating is the foam?
i don't know about the sprung thing or what the density is. That sounds like a technical question for the shop. But it's pretty firm to sit on.

Does the chaise side have a usb port? Or just the recliner side?

Only the recliner side has the control panel with USB ports to adjust the recliner.

Is it possible to split the settee up because we had to get carpet fitted after the suite and would be easier to manoeuvre thanks

We advise not to disassemble your sofa and instead opt for using gliders to easily manoeuvre your sofa.
