The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible
Delivery costs:
£129 Monday - Friday. £139 on a Saturday.

Hi, I’m trying to connect my smart tech sofa to my tv without success please help
To connect your TV, ensure it supports Bluetooth and search for "SASSUOLO Immersive Sound" in your TV's settings. You can also use the free Poltronesofà Smart Sofa app to manage the connection. If the Bluetooth button light is blinking, it is ready to pair; once connected, the light will turn solid blue.

Hold down the button that looks like a WiFi picture, it will then search for Bluetooth- you can then find the sofas name

Hi can you have the vibrate on without music playing
That is not a correct answer. The vibration (rhythm) that is associated with music is not a massager and can only be used when you have Bluetooth music playing, or if you are able to hook up your tv via Bluetooth.

For 2 seater version can someone advise if the tech panel is fixed in its down position or can it be folded up to act as a middle seat? Would this section be soft enough to sit on in its upright position?

The console separating the seats cannot be turned into a seat. This model is a 2 seater and the 2 seats are on either side of the console.

on the 2 seater tech sofa, is the middle bit soft enough to sit on or is this panel hard? when the tech panel is in its upright position? also does the base of the middle bit pop out to reveal 2 cup holders?
Hi there, thanks for your question. The tech panel is not designed to be sat on, however the 3 Seater model features a seat in the middle that folds down to reveal the table. There aren't cupholders on this model, however if this is something you're interested in, our Adstock smart tech sofas feature a cupholder on either side of the sofa.
