Once your furniture has been built and prepared to your specifications, we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery day that works for you.
The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible

We bought this sofa a few months ago and had to wait a short period of time for it to be built/delivered. But it’s honestly worth the wait, we absolutely love our new sofa, it’s extremely comfortable and stylish and looks perfect in our room. The service we received from shop to delivery has been fantastic, the shop listened and explained all the options and the delivery team delivered the sofa without fuss, built it and took all the rubbish away.
