Once your furniture has been built and prepared to your specifications, we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery day that works for you.
The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible

Good day. Can the four main cushions on the sofa be lifted away and unzipped in order to wash the fabric ?
This sofa features loose seat and back cushions that can be lifted away. However, the fabric is for professional clean only, and the seat cushions are not reversible.

The height of the feet is roughly 8 cm, which makes up the height of the space between the floor and the bottom of the sofa.

Canbourne 2 seater sofa. Our internal doorways are 85 cm. Your guide suggests this small two seater sofa won't fit through a doorway which is larger than the uk average door width. Will it feet if the feet are not attached?
