Questions & answers
Are they hard wood frames and are they British made
These sofas are designed with classic Italian style and are explicitly handcrafted in Italy. While the frame utilizes sturdy hardwood load-bearing sections alongside high-density particleboard panels to sustain the weight and movement of the integrated electric reclining mechanism, it is not a 100% solid timber frame. However, the manufacturer backs its structural integrity with a comprehensive 20-year frame guarantee.
After waiting 8 weeks for it to arrive, we've now had ours for about 4 months and unfortunately it's the most uncomfortable sofa we've ever had, seating is so hard, leg support is to short, with no real neck support either, its nothing like what we sat on in the showroom, at the earliest opportunity I want to replace the whole lot.

Head tilt function ? Manual or powered?
Hi there, thanks for your question. This sofa is an electric recliner, and the back cushion is operated using the power controls. It's worth knowing that this model doesn't include a separate head tilt, the back and footrest move together. If you're looking for a power recliner sofa with an independently-operated head tilt, you might want to check out our Maer 3 Seater Power Recliner Sofa with Power Head Tilt: https://www.poltronesofa.co.uk/maer-3-seater-power-recliner-sofa-with-power-head-tilt/OL068238.html
