Once your furniture has been built and prepared to your specifications, we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery day that works for you.
The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible
Delivery costs:
£129 Monday - Friday. £139 on a Saturday.
Additional +£20 for express lines.

Are there specific glides available for this chair? I ordered 2 chairs that just came with felt pads stuck on instead of glides but the felt pads came off almost instantly.

Why is the delivery charge so expensive? Can I collect in store?
Hi there, thanks for your question. In-store collection is available only for clearance items paid for in full by credit or debit card in store. Made-to-order furniture cannot be collected in store. Please ask your sales advisor for more information about this option. If you opted for interest-free credit, or buy now pay later offers, only home delivery is available. Our usual delivery charge includes a professional two-person delivery, complete furniture assembly and set-up in your room of choice, quality inspection and removal of any packaging. Hope this helps.

Well worth the wait very comfortable though quite stiff to recline The delivery was very good they assembled and placed the chairs in the room and ask if we were satisfied with the condition they were in. Very happy would recommend them to anyone

Manual recliner
I have had this recliner around a month ok and am quite satisfied with the product. I love the colour and material and it is very comfortable, the manual recliner is relatively slightly stiff to operate but it is new and will probably become easier in time. Overall quite pleased with the chair.
