The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible

Is the supplied 25kg/m³ mattress suitable for everyday/nightly use? If not, can it be replaced with a third-party mattress? Please confirm the exact mattress dimensions, maximum thickness and any requirements for the folding mechanism.
I guess you could use it every night, it's quite a good mattress & fairly thick. I wouldn't have thought you could easily replace it with another mattress as it's an unusual size (bigger than a double but not quite a king). It also has to fold back up when you shut the sofa which is a fairly tight squeeze as it is.

The mattress (H - 17 cm) is flame-retardant polyurethane foam density 25kg/cbm, covered with flame retardant polyester wadding. Mattress is removable, however these are not able to order separately.
