Once your furniture has been built and prepared to your specifications, we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery day that works for you.
The day before, we'll send you a 4-hour delivery window – and on the day itself, we’ll send you a 1-hour delivery window with a live tracking link so you can follow your furniture right to your door.
Our delivery includes:
- Live tracking available on the day of delivery
- Careful unpacking of your furniture and assembly in your room of choice
- Quality inspection to check your furniture is in perfect condition
- Packaging materials will be responsibly removed from your home and recycled where possible

How do you know when the chair is charged because the AC/DC adapter shows a green light when plugged showing it has power but there’s nothing to indicate when the charging is complete.
Hi, thanks for your question.
As the battery pack is built into the unit, we cannot directly determine whether it is fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 6-7 hours. Once fully charged, the battery pack can support approximately 200 on/off reclining cycles. Please note that the green light only indicates that the adapter is functioning properly. There is no indicator to show when the battery is fully charged.

Can SCS please tell me if this needs to be plugged in all the time to work?? As was told at the store it only needs charging once a week!! If this is not true then we have been missed informed! We got this one so we don’t have wires everywhere
This chair needs to be plugged in to charge. Once charged, it operates wirelessly. You’ll hear a beep when it needs recharging. I hope this helps.

I have the same question about the battery Does it require a battery to be put in the power pack? It is 4 weeks until a technician is available. Maybe a technician could advise rather than wait 4 weeks. Please advise.
The power pack is plugged in and charged — it doesn’t require a separate battery to be inserted. I hope this helps.

How long does it take to charge the battery? We received the chair yesterday, and left it charging overnight, but it's dead as soon as it gets unplugged.

I bought this chair for my husband who enjoys a nap in the afternoon. The chair supports him so that his short sleep is comfortable.
